MegaVoice Tamper Resistance
Overview
The MegaVoice units don't contain any self-serviceable parts, but curiosity itself is enough to invite removal of the 4 phillips head screws on the back. Units can be damaged this way, so it's best to replace two of the screws with tamper-resistant varieties. These screws are small (#2 x 1/2" Type B), and can be difficult to find.
We located a source for torx screws (6-point star drive). These have to both be put in the bottom two holes on the back as shown. The source is:
